Graphic Design Manager

I pioneered the formation of our creative department within the marketing team. I created our design/creative mission and strategy, and a timeline for check-ins to make sure we're on track for meeting our annual goals. I am responsible for hiring and coordinating our media partners and freelance designers. I am the liaison for many of our show vendors, and travel to multiple shows throughout the year. I am learning new programs and data resources to create segmented ads for more targeted reach to our audiences. I work cross-functionally with our Eloqua and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) teams to make updates to our websites and email campaigns. I have weekly meetings with creatives throughout Informa's portfolio of industries, and have opportunities to collaborate with colleagues in the States, and internationally.

Print and Digital Designer

I worked strategically and cross-functionally with many different departments/teams, including C-suite roles. I was the first designer added to the team, and created processes and workflows for the creative and marketing departments. I was the translation liaison with our translation vendor, Lionbridge. Designed patient journeys for SMS with our IT department. Designed and developed webpages and e-newsletters with Sketch, for MyEmma and SalesForce Marketing Cloud email platforms.

Instructional Designer

As part of the Orlando Health HR department, I designed materials for continuing education, annual testing requirements for our Corporate Compliance team, and was an administrator for our Learning Management System (LMS), Cornerstone OnDemand. I created training modules, training animations, and fixed back-end issues on our LMS.

I created digital and print marketing materials for internal and external Red Lobster events. Worked on implementing e-learning for new hires and continuing education.

Senior Graphic Designer / Art Director

I developed art direction / design with my team through strategy, idea boards, storytelling / creating storyboards, brainstorming, tone-of-campaign, rough sketches, and other various media. I was responsible for the daily operation of creative dept., including project management, budget, scheduling, design, and communication with vendors and others outside of Orlando Health (OH). I managed OH brand elements and images, art directed photoshoots, and mentored interns and jr. graphic designers.
